Träden är tomma på löv, till synes livlösa
Parken är kall och grå
Gatulyktorna skiner av melankoli
Passerande folk smälter in bland de sorgsna träden
Precis som löven faller de allt längre ned
Vareviga dag kommer de allt närmre livets förfall

Vem sade att gräset är grönare på andra sidan?
Det är fan lika förjävligt överallt

Tårar faller hand i hand med höstlöven
Misär finns överallt
Sprids genom dessa jävla snöflingor
Den kalla och ångestfyllda vinden slår mig i ansiktet
Likt en isig snöboll
Jag orkar inte med ännu en vinter med denna kyla
Denna iskalla ångest
Det är is på vattnet
Jag undrar om det håller för mig...
